The shipping of the return is responsibility of the customer with any courier of his choice (as long as the return is delivered within the times described below).

For all nations outside the European Union:
Customs duties and administrative costs related to the return are responsibility of the customer.

Return times 14+14 days total:

  • 14 days from delivery to request a return
  • 14 days from confirmation by LEAM to return the return.

Methods, terms and conditions:

  • All return requests (RMA) must be made from your account, respectively in the section: “My Leam → Orders → Action → return”
  • Only returns with an RMA code provided by customer support will be accepted.
  • Shipping costs are charged to the customer
  • The products must be correctly packaged in the original packaging, in perfect condition (not ruined, not used, not damaged, incomplete or with missing parts) and complete with all labels and tags attached and all original packaging and accessories (dustbags, hangers, coat covers, etc.) received with the order.
  • Our items come with a security tag that guarantees the authenticity of our products. In case of removal or breakage, even if accidental, it will not be possible to return it. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind.
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original box, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging.
  • Swimsuits and underwear (bikinis, briefs, boxers etc.) must be tried on over your personal underwear. Returns will be refused and sent back to the customer if the items show signs of use.
  • Send the return using the same box used for delivery equipped with self-adhesive closure
  • If the customer refuses the delivery, all costs related to returning the shipment to the sender will be deducted from the refund.
For all nations outside the European Union:
If the customer refuses the delivery, all costs related to returning the shipment to the sender will be deducted from the refund including administrative costs and customs duties.
  • The customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal in cases of supply of certain goods and services including the following:
  • Goods made to measure or personalized or which by their nature cannot be returned or are at risk of deteriorating or expiring rapidly.
  • Goods without the original packaging or with the relevant guarantee seal, present on all items, broken or tampered with.
  • If there are errors or the products present defects, the customer is invited to immediately contact info@leam.com, LEAM reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods or taking charge of the shipping costs for the return of the goods at its warehouses.

Repayment methods and times:

  • The refund will be issued within 72 working hours of receiving the return, only on the same payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping costs are not refundable.

Additionally for all nations outside the European Union:
- All costs related to the return as well as any customs duties and administrative costs will be deducted from the refund.

The right of withdrawal can be exercised with reference to certain products and services indicated in the art. 55, Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code).


The Customer must express his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal by sending an email to info@leam.com indicating the order number and the initials "Return" in the subject line and according to the conditions and methods described here.


LEAM is not responsible for any delays due to errors in completing the waybills filled in by customers as well as delays due to incorrect indications of the address and delivery details.

Additionally for all nations outside the European Union:
LEAM is not responsible for customs duties and administrative expenses attributed by customs as well as for the incorrect value, category, composition declared by the customer, which must always be truthful. LEAM reserves the right to refuse delivery, as well as customs clearance, of goods with false or incorrect declarations, placing any responsibility on the customer.

For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
