INFORMATION AND CONDITIONS VIRTUAL GIFT CARD

• Virtual Gift Cards are available exclusively online at leam.com.
• The Virtual Gift Card is valid for 12 months from the purchase’s date, it can be used for one or more orders and can also be used for orders with a value higher than the Virtual Gift Card.
• Purchases via Virtual Gift Card must be made in the same currency in which the card was issued.
• The Virtual Gift Card code will only be sent to the email address specified at the time of purchase and can only be used with that email address. Leam is not responsible for sending the Virtual Gift Cards to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the buyer.
• To allow the Virtual Gift Card to arrive within 2 hours of payment confirmation, the purchase must be made with an immediate payment system such as by credit card.
• Virtual Gift Cards purchased by bank transfer will be sent to the recipient after receipt of payment by leam.com.
• The codes cannot be combined with other Virtual Gift Card and other Credits codes.
• The Virtual Gift Card cannot be used to purchase another Virtual Gift Card and cannot be converted into cash or credit. The customer can request a refund of the purchased Virtual Gift Card, if not used, within 14 days of purchase.
• The customer will not get Leam Points for the amount paid with the Virtual Gift Card at checkout.
• Orders placed via Virtual Gift Card can be returned; the amount relating to the returned goods will be credited back to the Virtual Gift Card. Orders placed via the Virtual Gift Card are subject to the Commercial Policy, Privacy Policy and Site Regulations published on leam.com.
• Leam reserves the right to refuse orders placed through the use of Virtual Gift Cards that show signs of duplication or fraudulent use.
