LEAM POINTS

This page establishes the regulations relating to the Leam Points program:
Leam Points are regulated as follows:
    • Every euro spent is equivalent to Leam Points based on your level.
    • Earned Leam Points define your level.
    • Higher level = higher privileges.
    • You can use your Leam Points to get discounts, vouchers and free shipping.
When a user signs up to the Leam Points program, he acquires Level 1 status. By accumulating Leam Points it is possible to access the higher levels (Level 2, Level 3 and Level 4) and the related benefits. The benefits linked to the levels can change at any time and can also be communicated only via newsletters or other communication channels.
Confirmed Leam Points are valid for 12 months. 
To access the program, you must be logged in to leam.com. The account created, the related rewards and Leam Points are personal and non-transferable. You can cancel your membership at any time via your account. Once the service has been cancelled, the customer will no longer be able to use the accumulated Leam Points, redeem them in any way or request a monetary compensation.
Leam Points are a benefit provided to Leam users and as such can be suspended, revoked or canceled at any time by Leam Srl, for any reason. In the event of termination of the service by the user, all the benefits of the program, including the points (Leam Points) accrued and other benefits will be lost automatically and immediately. In the event of cancellation of participation by the user, or termination of the Leam Points by the company, Leam Srl assumes no responsibility for the Leam Points not used by the participants or for the loss of other benefits related to the program.
If you have previously opted not to receive communications from Leam, you will not receive communications relating to Leam Points. You can register or reactivate the delivery of email communications by logging in to Leam and selecting the Subscribe to our newsletter option.
The calculation of points is done at the individual article level. If the amount of Leam Points earned for an item is a number with decimals, only the amount preceding the decimal point will be credited. Leam Points are calculated on the final amount. Leam Points are credited 14 days after purchase confirmation.
